Evaluation Policy

Employee evaluation takes place annually or biannually, and the evaluation result is reflected upon their transfer/assignment, promotion, remuneration, training, and other results. We seek to distribute the successes and their rewards fairly through a fair evaluation system; manage our goals rationally; and, thus, maximize our competitiveness.
