New employees are hired twice a year (first and second half) as a part of LOTTE Group’s open employment.

Recruitment process

Recruitment Procedure

  1. STEP1Application Receipt
    Submit the online application form
  2. STEP2Document Screening
    We review the candidates based on their aptitude and value systems from different perspectives to identify whether they are suitable for LOTTE CM’s perspective on talents.
    The documents submitted by the candidates are also validated during this stage
  3. STEP3Personality and Aptitude Test(L-TAB)
    A basic aptitude test designed to identify the candidate’s coworking and position-specific skills
  4. STEP4Interview
    A comprehensive review of the aptitude, values, and potential for development of the candidate
  5. STEP5Physical Examination
    A review if the applicant is physical fit for the position
  6. STEP6Final Announcement
    Results posted on the LOTTE Group Recruitment Site (Results are also sent through telephone, email, and SMS.)
